Estimates as to delivery and/or installation dates are given in good faith but are only estimates and they are not guaranteed times and should not be relied upon as such. Time is not of the essence of the contract and we will not accept liability for any losses unless we fail to deliver within a reasonable time. If the expected delivery time is likely to, or does, exceed 30 days you will be able to cancel your order if you wish and receive a full refund of the monies you have paid. With our Click and Collect service it is also possible to pick up your order from our shop/showroom (See Map). Simply select collection for your delivery option when ordering. The collection service is free of charge.
The collection service is open from 8.00am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 9.00am to 3.00pm on Saturdays. Occasional holiday variations may interfere with collections. If in any doubt please contact us.
Delivery Lead Times
Most orders are dispatched from stock with a lead time of 2-3 working days (a precise date can be requested). Next day delivery can be arranged if needed. For next day delivery, orders must be placed and full payment cleared before 3pm. We cannot offer next day deliveries for orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays. All deliveries are subject to stock being available.
All Flooring deliveries are made to the kerbside at the nearest access point to the given address for the delivery vehicle. The driver may require help unloading the products. As deliveries will be made by a large lorry it is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible. If there is likely to be a problem, for example the road is subject to a vehicle weight or width limit please inform us at the time of order.
Deliveries cannot be left outside in porches, garages or any other location.
Deliveries will be made between 8.00 am and 5.00 pm. We are unable to give an estimate of delivery time as all deliveries are at the couriers discretion. If for any reason you are not available to provide a signature on the arranged date then you will be charged for re-delivery.
Every effort is made to ensure that your goods are delivered in perfect condition. Please inspect your goods immediately on receipt as no claim with regard to damaged items can be made after courier has left the delivery address, unless the product is signed for as damaged on delivery.
Goods refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return to us will incur a return delivery charge.
Any claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods.
No liability can be accepted for costs caused by late deliveries or for any other reason. Therefore we advise against booking an installation service until the goods have been received.
