All wiring, including alarms, must be moved before the commencement of work.
You must check your subfloor for defects, i.e. loose floorboards/ rough uneven floors; please note latexing a floor will make it smooth not level. It may not be apparent during the site inspection that doors may need trimming, doors may be removed whilst work takes place and they will not be replaced as our fitters do not trim doors.
We accept no liability for loss or damage if you fail to inform us of any defects; or fail to move any wiring; or if any doors need to be trimmed.
Please ensure that all valuable items have been removed from areas where work is taking place. We accept no liability for loss or damage of any items moved by the fitters.
